New Yoga class with Christiane

We are happy to welcome Christiane back to Yogaveda! Christiane will be running a new ‘Mindful Mornings’ class on Saturday at 7.30am – 8.45am. Her classes incorporate postures with breathing techniques, chanting, philosophy and meditation and are open to all levels. This new class commences on Saturday, March 30th.
