Living Positively in COVID Times – 2022

As of Monday January 31st, to be inclusive to all, the Yoga Studio will offer daily Online Yoga as well as In-Studio classes. This will cater for those who:

  • prefer to do yoga in the comfort of your own home at this time;
  • are medically vulnerable &/or immuno-compromised;
    are frontline workers;
  • don’t like wearing masks;
  • are not able to come into the studio due to their vaccination status

It’s simple & easy but if you have any issues please contact Nikki 0411796354 or email for help to join the class.

You will need a few essentials to get yourself ready for the class:

  • A mat
  • A Blanket or two
  • Bolster (or 2 firm cushions/pillows)
  • Blocks (if you have them)
  • A strap
  • A chair

You can however improvise using things around the house like cushions/pillows, rolled up towels etc. We also have a range of Yoga Equipment (Mats, Bolsters, Blocks and Straps) avaiable for sale on our website if you are wanting to purchase them for your home practice.

We hope you will give the online classes a try to keep up your practice while staying connected to each other. A regular yoga practice is an amazing support for you at this time to maintain your mind body wellbeing. It is both grounding and calming for the mind and body.


You are welcome to use our yoga equipment but please bring a towel or sarong to use over shared equipmentAll mats need to be spray & wiped BEFORE starting class (we provide cloths & a natural antiseptic spray)

Masks are mandatory in the studio but can be removed during vigorous stretching (or if you are struggling breathing with it on)

Observe social distancing. We are fortunate to have a big airy space with lots of fresh air flow.

If you feel unwell please stay home and rest up.


The Ayurvedic Studio will be temporarily closed for the month of February to give Leah a well earned break. This will also give her time to focus on creating some new Ayurvedic herbal formulas.
