New Six Week Yoga for Pregnancy Course

Pregnancy YogaStarting Saturday November 7th at 12.30pm – 1.45pm with Melanie Robinson 
Learn a balance of stretching, breathing & relaxation to promote a healthy and happy pregnancy and prepare for a positive birth experience. 
Melanie is an Iyengar Yoga certified teacher who also has a Hatha Yoga Teaching Certificate and graduate diploma in Pre & Post Natal Yoga. She has spent many years working with midwives throughout Melbourne running Yoga for Birth classes, Postnatal classes and Mums & Bubs classes.

New Heal & Balance Class

Deb PopeMeet our new teacher Deb Pope who is now offering a new Heal & Balance Yoga class on Saturdays at 4.00pm – 5.15pm

Heal & Balance classes are an integration of many different paths of yoga, meditation and healing. Exploring mindful & yogic movement , meditation & inner stillness, breath-work, self-healing, sound/ music/ mantra and relaxation. 
This class is being offered as a by donation session so you can just pay what you wish.

Stretch & Unwind

Niki RuaneWe are happy to welcome Niki Ruane to Yogaveda. Niki is now taking the Stretch & Unwind class on Friday’s at 5.30pm.

Niki’s classes are about moving inward and connecting to Self, bringing awareness to breathe and the bodies position in space. She works compassionately with what the body presents on any given day, softening kindly into the tensions, celebrating the wholeness of what is happening in the practice, in the moment and of course… Savasana or Yoga Nidra.

New Early Morning Stretch Class

Laura BenzoniWe welcome Laura Benzoni, who will be starting a new Early Morning Stretch class from Wednesday December 2nd 6.15am – 7.25am for all you early risers! 

Start the day with renewed mental and physical energy. During the classes particular focus will be given to releasing any physical and emotional tension creating strength and alignment and connecting breath with movement. 

These classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners as variations will be offered to suit the needs of each individual.
