Restorative Hatha & Yin Yoga
New Restorative Hatha & Yin Yoga class on Sunday’s at 5.00pm – 6.30pm with Jasmine Pummer is now on!
Jasmine will guide you through a gentle sequence of supported postures and deep stretching to help release any stored stress and tension. A lovely wind-down session to end your weekend!
Beginners welcome. This class commences Sunday February 5th, 2017 – 5.00pm to 6.30pm and is open to all levels.
Teen Yoga with Joy Abbott is back on for term one!
Come along on Mondays 4.00pm – 5.00pm.
These classes are designed to help teens cope with the stresses of the challenging teen years.
