We are happy to welcome Mira Rao back to Yogaveda! Mira will be running an early Morning Flow Class on Monday’s at 6am – 7.15am – starting February 24th.
Designed to help you sort your day nourished and enlivened. Slow, strong and gentle moves through postures and breath to calm the mind and nervous system to set you steadily on your way for the week.

YOGA ~ DANCE ~ FLOW
We are excited to welcome Christine Jaroszewski-Consani to Yogaveda. Christine, who recently retired from an international ballet career in Europe, will be conducting a Yoga~Dance~Flow class at Yogaveda on Saturdays at 4pm – 5pm.
This class is based on the Gyrokinesis® method which synchronises breath and flowing patterns of movement combined with elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Dance. The flowing circular patterns of movement will increase mobility of the spine and joints, release tension and result in a feeling of increased energy and well-being.

Introducing a new Tai Chill class to Yogaveda. The class is on Tuesdays at 11.15am to 12.15pm with Stef Losch and is open to beginners and all ages.
Tai Chill is derived from traditional Tai Chi. The purpose is to give people the initial physical benefits of Tai Chi such as a relaxing workout, improving balance and strength, while also balancing the Chi flow in the body.
