SATURDAY CLASS TIME CHANGES FROM NOVEMBER 1ST 2017
8.45am – New Mindful Flow Class with Mira Rao
When we learn to move with mindfulness, we become more present and peaceful with our bodies, our selves and our lives. In this one-hour class, Mira provides you with a deep experience of mindful flow in movement. She also teaches key anatomical understandings; you’ll need to move gracefully from the core of your body and being. Enjoy gentle flowing sequences peppered with longer holds and anatomical exploration of poses resulting in a deep experience of present, conscious and grounded movement.
10.00am – Beginners/General with Nikki Leaf
11.30am – Pregnancy/Womens with Nikki Leaf

6.00am to 7.15am – Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
We are happy to welcome new teacher Natalie Whitfield to Yogaveda.
Natalie will be teaching the Wednesday 6am Early Morning – Vinyasa Flow class from October 18th.
