We are excited to welcome Melanie Robinson to Yogaveda. Melanie is starting up a new Mums & Bubs class at Yogaveda on Tuesdays at 11.15am – 12.15pm, starting 10th September!
Come join the class and develop strength, flexibility, pelvic floor health and stretch out those tight shoulders. Build a community while bonding with bub in a nurturing practise. Bring yourself along with a rug for baby to lay on.

Jen Goldberg is now teaching the Sunday Stretch class at 10.00am and it’s open to all levels.
Nikki Leaf is now teaching the Sunday Rest and Restore class at 5.00pm.
This class is a slower moving series of more passive stretches, allowing the mind and body the space to relax and let go of stress and tension.
