The balance of stretching, breathing and relaxation promotes a healthy and happy pregnancy and prepares for positive, natural birth experience.
Yoga for Pregnancy and Womens Wellbeing classes are conducted by Nikki Leaf on Saturday’s at 12.20pm to 1.50pm and with Midwife and Yoga Teacher Stefani Losch on Tuesday’s at 9.30am to 11.00am.
Nikki was inspired to begin teaching yoga to pregnant women after her own positive pregnancy experience. Her daily practice bought about an acceptance to trust in the process of pregnancy and a confidence in her own body’s ability to give birth.
